IRS Information
We deal with the IRS every day so we know how the IRS works.
We've included some information from the IRS website to give you
a better understanding of the wage levy process and what you can
do to solve it. But really would you do your own surgery? Why leave
your garnished wages in just anyone's hands but the best?
Call us and we can start working on
getting the IRS off your back and out of your paycheck.
We don't want you to be in the dark about what's going on.
For any of you who may be skeptical of Jeff Parrack, rest assured
this man knows what he's doing. I opened a letter on Saturday morning
May 1, 2004 from my employer, a very large corporation, informing
me my wages would be garnished in the amount of $23,000 plus to
begin with my next paycheck for back taxes.
On Sunday morning, I
searched the web out of desperation and found Jeff's website. I
emailed Jeff thinking maybe I would hear from him on Monday. To
my surprise a few minutes later Jeff responded to my email assuring
me he could help. The same day, I faxed Jeff my POA and other documents
he requested. On Monday I spoke to Jeff for the first time. He had
already been in contact with the IRS and had the garnishment released.
Jeff faxed the release to my employer on Tuesday morning by a 10:00
a.m. deadline. Payroll is finalized at 10:00 a.m. for the previous
week. Amy, in my payroll department, released the levy and took
it completely off my record as if it had never happened. Jeff accepted
my payment arrangements with no questions asked. I worked out an
agreement to pay his total fee within about 10 days. I was not about
to keep Jeff hanging for his money. Jeff saved me big time. Jeff,
THANK YOU!
