 Personally, we prefer to spend as little time on the phone as possible. Unless we're talking to an IRS representative, most telephone conversations are eating up valuable time needed to negotiate another IRS Wage Levy Release.
Over the years, we have developed a series of email messages that we now use to stay in touch with our clients as their cases progress. Each email is filled with generic information that is communicated with every client we have at just about the same time in the progression of all of their cases. In addition to the generic information, we will always take time to add some additional discussion that is specific to the particular client who gets the email.

We will stay in touch with you through this email series rather than spending a lot of time on the phone with you and our other current clients. We have found that we often save as much as two hours on many days - this is time we split between customizing the emails to each client and actually progressing further and faster into getting those Wage Levies released ................ and the next one may be yours!

We also use a little program that allows us to attach a sound file to an email. This way, we can actually record a message to you using our own voice and inflection and emphasis. This way we can communicate to you in a better manner than just a standard email. These sound files are in an .mp3 format and are easily opened and played by almost all computers with speakers.

Another time-saver we use is a program called Dragon Naturally Speaking. This program is a voice-to-text translator that listens to our voices and then types out what we speak. It types into a Word file or an email file or just about any other format we want. You might want to look at it.
